Ordinance #1261 – 3rd Reading – An Ordinance Amending those Sections of the Code of the Town of the City of Buffalo, Wyoming, that generally revise specific outdated building codes and fees made necessary through the adoption of Ordinance No. 1256, in each of the following sections: 24-20, 29-1.11(B), 11A-3, 18-23, 24-31, 18-19, 5A-4, 5A-3, 5-25.1, 5-1.2, 18-21, 27-12.1, and providing an effective date thereof.


Ordinance #1262 – 3rd Reading – An Ordinance providing for the subdivision of Phase 1 of the “Shiloh Addition” of the town of the City of Buffalo, Wyoming.


Ordinance #1263 – 2nd Reading – An Ordinance Providing an Annual Appropriation Bill for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2007.

NEW BUSINESS
Liquor License Variance – GBP, Inc. dba Century Club –for the Powder River Ranch Rodeo on June 16, 2006 at the Johnson County Fairgrounds from 5:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.


Liquor License Variance – WaHoo Likkers, Inc. dba WaHoo Likkers – Outback Lounge – for the American Highlander Assoc. Party on June 23, 2006 at the HF Bar from 4:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m.
