• Ordinance #1335 – 3rd & Final Reading - An Ordinance Revising that Section of the Code of the Town of the City of Buffalo, Wyoming, that generally provides for the appointment of commission members to the Main Street Commission.
NEW BUSINESS
• Liquor License Transfer – Warren Schroefel dba Short Stop to Maverik Inc. – retail Liquor License located in a 18’8” x 10’ 3 ¼” room on the Northeast Side of the building at 74 U.S. Hwy 16 East
• Commerce JPB – Sewer lift station and sewer line at Mountain Meadow Wool.

• Ordinance #1337 – 1st Reading - An Ordinance Creating Chapter 14-13A.1 and 14-13A.2 of the Code of the City of Buffalo, Wyoming, pertaining to penalties for violations of municipal codes, including fines, probation and community service as well as the power to punish for contempt of Municipal Court.
