City of Buffalo Planning Commission Agenda

November 28th, 2006, 5:00 P.M. , 46 North Main Street, Buffalo, Wyoming

AGENDA

1. Approval of the minutes of the October 24th, 2006 meeting.

2. ICM (Intermountain Construction & Materials) Request for Lot

Split

Request for lot division of Lot 1, Block 1 of ICM Addition by Intermountain

Construction & Materials.

3. Final Platt, Tuff's Acres Subdivision

Tuff's Acres is a proposed subdivision with a total of 6 lots comprising 22.27
acres

located within 1 mile of the City of Buffalo along the Airport Road.

4. Sunset Business Park Subdivision - Preliminary Plat

Sunset Business Park is a proposed subdivision with a total of 27 lots
comprising

14.59 acres, currently adjacent to the City of Buffalo's boundary on the south
east corner of the Commerce Park along U.S> Highway 16. The proposal calls for
lots to be

zoned as "B-1 Business District".

5. Shiloh Subdivision Phase II - Preliminary Plat

Shiloh Phase II is the second part of development related to the Shiloh
Subdivision.

Phase II consists of 62 lots comprising 29.06 acres, located in the Shiloh
Addition to

the City of Buffalo. 58 lots will be zoned "R-2 Residential" and 4 lots will be
zoned

"B-1 Business District".

6. Hatch Addition

Goose Creek Development LLC is petitioning to Annex approximately 42.45 acres

known as the Hatch Addition to the City of Buffalo. The property would be
annexed as

one lot zoned "B-1 Business District". The land can be generally described as
located south east of the south by-pass an generally north of the new High
School.
