2. Approval of Minutes from November 28th, 2006.
Old Business
3. ICM (Intermountain Construction & Materials) Request for Lot
Split
Request for lot division of Lot 1, Block 1 of ICM Addition by Intermountain
Construction & Materials. (Tabled November 28th, 2006)
New Business
4. Rezoning of Lots 8 and 9 of Block 24 of the Park Addition to the City of Buffalo.
Request for the rezoning of county-owned lots from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to
B-1 (Business).
5. Wesleyan Church -- Petition for Annexation
Petition for Annexation of approximately 5.3 acres located along Old Hwy 87
North of the Irvine Addition.
6. Sunset Business Park Subdivision – Petition for Annexation
Sunset Business Park is a proposed subdivision with a total of 27 lots comprising
14.59 acres, currently adjacent to the City of Buffalo’s boundary. Lots will be
zoned as “B-1 Business District”.
7. Shiloh Subdivision Phase II – Final Plat
Shiloh Phase II is the second part of development related to the Shiloh Subdivision.
Phase II consists of 62 lots comprising 29.06 acres, located in the Shiloh Addition to
the City of Buffalo. 58 lots will be zoned “R-2 Residential” and 4 lots will be zoned
“B-1 Business District”.
8. Request for a lot split for the units located at 866 and 868 Fort Street. Nadine
George representing Remax mountain West, Realtors.
Proposal requesting that 866 and 868 Fort Street be sold as 2 separate properties, to be
governed by a Maintenance and Use agreement providing for the upkeep of the exterior
of both units.
